4/9/2023 0 Comments Honda ecu tuning software![]() ![]() I believe I've also found the data area to turn off the closed loop O2, so if you're running a piggyback, you'd be able to write to what was the closed loop area and not have the ECU fight you. The only catch is that you'd have to mail me your ECU to be flashed. The beauty of the flashed ECU is that you wouldn't have to worry about making adjustments or doing any tuning on your end, and the bike would start, idle, and run like normal. That said, would anyone be interested in an affordable "tuner package" that would include one of my velocity stack intakes, a reflash, and maybe a cam? From the dynos I've seen, I think that with those mods it'd be easy to see 11, maybe 12hp with a power curve that doesn't fall off up top. ![]() My Grom made 8.3whp bone stock on the same dyno so I have a good baseline to go off of. ![]() I have a dyno appointment next weekend to dial in the ignition timing so I can finalize this map for intake/exhaust only. KManager editing software features: High and low speed 16 x 20 ignition and fuel tables at multiple cam angles for correct VTEC and VTC tuning. ![]() The narrowband is doing a great job of keeping the AFR at ~14.5 during part throttle areas which is more than safe, and better for fuel economy. I have the open loop AFR dialed to 13.5 with it tapering to close to 13 above 8000rpm. I have about 100 miles on a bike with an intake, exhaust and reflash and so far it's been running great. I've spent the last couple months messing with the stock Grom ECU and have finally been able to write and make successful changes. ![]()
